Eden Kalderon

Eden Kalderon is a partner at Sho-Kal Law, APLC, specializing in employment law and personal injury matters.  Prior to starting Sho-Kal Law, Eden was an associate attorney at a top Los Angeles employment law firm’s Personal Injury and Employment Law Department, where she represented numerous employees in lawsuits against their employers involving matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.

Having been born in Israel and raised in Los Angeles, Eden holds a unique understanding of the dynamics of a diverse city such as Los Angeles.  Her personal experiences and fluency in English, Hebrew, and Spanish, allow her to relate to different individuals and understand their different backgrounds, cultures, and most importantly their needs.

Eden attended California State University Northridge, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, graduating with honors and having been the recipient of multiple scholarships and awards.  Eden then earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where received multiple scholarships and awards for academic excellence.  In addition to her classroom training, Eden served as a Judicial Extern in a Criminal Economic Courthouse in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well as a Certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.

Following law school, Eden worked at a law firm specializing in public entity defense, where she represented public entities including the County of Los Angeles and Orange County in civil rights, personal injury, insurance, employment and constitutional litigation actions in state and federal court.  However, her passion for empowering those in need and fighting for justice has led her to focus her legal career in the field of employment law and personal injury, where she represented injured individuals and employees and has handled hundreds of cases from beginning to resolution, obtaining successful and often life-changing results for her clients.  Eden’s experience in both defense and plaintiff’s work, gives her a distinct perspective on cases and allows her to effectively advocate for her clients’ best interests regardless of the circumstances.

Eden genuinely believes in equality for all, including access to quality legal representation, regardless of one’s financial status and ability to pay.
